This department of our ministry was started to help small and new ministries to achieve the long and sometimes overwhelming task of becoming compliant and fulfilling the requirements to be a recognised 'Not For Profit' entity.  Also to create a friendly environment for ministers to obtain and share resources.  You can use our material or use it as a templet to create your own, that is all up to you.  We are here to help with every step, just connect with us.

    * We have assisted fourteen ministries to achieve approval as 'Not for Profit statues' entities.  
   * Three to become DGR's 
   * Two to become PBI's

Our Chairman has been helping ministries over the last fourteen years obtain their necessary compliant needs, he has been the Senior Executive of three major ministries and has planted four ministries.  

We are a movement that believes in uniting together, aligning our resources to fulfil one purpose, the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, so we may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causing growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love around the whole world.

The name of our movement is more a statement than a name, so when people say the name they are declaring a truth that ‘Faith Works!'

Our ministry goal is to help and assist ministries to stay legal and compliant to the required standards to operate as a legal entity in our country.


Can we encourage you, as the Minister of your organisation to make sure your ministry is legal, ethical and above board?  There are five (5) essential things every ministry needs to have in place to protect themselves against legal action.

1.  A constitution and being registered with the necessary government body 

2.  Creating a ‘Child and Young person’s protection and risk management policy’

3.  Creating a ‘Workplace Health and Safety’ document

4.  Obtaining appropriate insurance

5.  Obtaining a copyright license to be able to play music and DVD’s in your ministry

Let us say from the beginning we understand that this will look like a lot of work. This is the reason we have produced some guidelines for you to work with and then you can focus on any local policies that are individual to your situation.  It is essential that policies and procedures be developed and adopted by ministries to ensure not only consistency of practice, but also that the organisation adhere to and work within current legislation both State and, where appropriate Commonwealth or Federal.

    While policies will remain consistent, varying practices will be adopted in each local ministry depending on situation, resources and available personnel.
